Beyond his substantial experience practicing law, Mr. Stavros has also extensively studied the Enneagram Personality System, which he utilizes in pursuing the best results for his clients. This system is used by law firms, legal organizations, large and small businesses and government organizations to help optimize interpersonal communications and thus increase the probability of desired outcomes.
His extensive knowledge of this personality system has allowed Mr. Stavros to more fully understand the motivations behind the behaviors that affect his cases. This insight, in many instances, has allowed Mr. Stavros to effectively address the unstated thoughts and preconceptions behind the behaviors that impact his cases. This knowledge was so useful in his trial practice that he launched an Enneagram Personality System consulting business – Aletheia Consulting, LLC.
Mr. Stavros has presented the Enneagram Personality System in its theory and application to the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Queen Anne’s County Bar Association, and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association. He has also consulted law firms, individual attorneys, businesses, and government agencies. Aletheia Consulting offers a range of options, including private consults, full, half and multi-day workshops.
